ANASTASIS is a musical project which combined Byzantine Orthodox chanting and electronic accompaniment in the darkwave style for the first time.
The style in which the band works, by its own definition of participants, is called Byzantine darkwave. The main component is the Byzantine liturgical chants of the Orthodox tradition.
